NORCROSS BLUE DEVILS FOOTBALL
Our Mission is to reduce the risk of on-field injuries along with
creating a physically dominating athlete.  We are committed to
optimizing each athlete’s flexibility, speed, strength and conditioning
levels.  The strength and conditioning program runs throughout the
school year with the athletes taking a weight training class with Coach
Rob Livingstone.  This type of year round training allows the athletes
to continue to grow and optimize their levels of strength and power.  
The program consists of a large variety of Olympic movements, squats
and presses along with some more unorthodox training methods.
